Being Tea actively supports and values our students and community members specifically for – not “regardless of” – their differences across race; country of origin; gender and sexual identity; age; body form and/or disability; mental health needs; cultural heritage; and socioeconomic status.
The following list was created specifically for students in our Teacher Training program, as part of course resources available for their own community work. In light of the current situation in the United States, it feels urgent to proactively share and distribute life-saving contacts for crisis intervention for targeted and marginalized groups.
Below, you’ll find resources available to help you if you are facing an acute crisis.
