did you know i teach 2 weekly live offerings now? did you know i teach 2 weekly live offerings now? wow, so much has changed about my work in the last 6 months! when you take classes in the Being Tea studio, you get treated to calming, loving scenes like this, intentionally structured to help you feel the possibility for more connection and calm. there's nothing sterile or zoom-y about the experience. ❤️ -- on fridays, you can join me and my dear friend and teaching partner, @adamgrossi, for TEA & CONTEMPLATION. a practice that starts in tea meditation, then puts that grounded feeling to good use through gentle contemplative exploration of yoga philosophy, essays by modern writers, and poetry, all to help us cope with our extraordinary times. -- on sundays, i offer a restorative practice, called QUIET TEA SUNDAYS. this is the place to be taken care of and held in your self-care. no doing, just rest. incorporates a variety of practices, including sound, breathwork and yoga nidra (guided meditation). -- both offerings are available as drop-in and with month pass. they also come with recordings, if mornings are not your jam! i hope to see you soon for practice. remember tea loves you. . . . #beingtea #livemoretea #teameditation #teaandcontemplation #quietteasundays #yogalife #tealife #yoganidra #teapractice #teaclass #restorativetea #selfcare #tealover #selfcaresunday #tealoversofinstagram #remembertealovesyou
