In this tea meditation workshop, learn how tea helps us tap into our sense of gratitude with every breath and every cup. Incorporating reflective, personal journaling exercises, we’ll deepen our understanding of how the body itself recognizes gratitude. We’ll also be brewing tea in two different ways, just for the comparison of what helps our practice better with this type of journaling.
