A special edition workshop, showing how we managed to make fresh tea from raw leaf during World Tea Expo. Despite the crazy environment and logistical issues, we managed to make some pretty respectable teas in the 2-day Tea Processing Workshop I co-taught with fellow tea educators.

I’ll share a behind the scenes look at what went into this workshop – the timing of leaf handling, how we actually made the teas (white to black), technical problems, plus a live cupping of the tea samples so you can see the finished product.
