– 3-4 glass beakers (500ml size) – we use these a lot in classes/labs, and they’re very useful for tea brewing in general
– Handheld tea strainers
– Thermometer (if your kettle doesn’t control temp)
– Gram scale
– Electric kettle + 1.5L of filtered water
– Teas: One green, one black tea of choice, ideally one Japanese green and one Darjeeling/Nepal black
