Tea & Contemplation | Fridays 8-9am CST

Put the kettle on and come sit for tea and quiet “you time.”

Every Friday, you can join me and my dear friend, yoga teacher Adam Grossi, as we co-teach an ongoing practice of exploring inner world connections. Both tea and yoga come from rich traditions of contemplative practice, intended to be used in the home by everyday folks, and have much to offer for guiding us through choppy waters.

We’ll start each session with guided tea meditation, then a sharing of yogic philosophy and how we incorporate this into our daily life and coping toolbox. Each session finishes with Q&A and optional experience sharing, too. You can learn about Adam’s approach to teaching and experience here.

This practice is specifically designed to work with whatever tea you may have available already at home. No requisite study of either tea or formal meditation is needed to begin. Come as you are in this moment. These classes are $12, split between myself and Adam. If funds are an issue, please let me know and we’ll take care of you! Hosted live on Zoom.
