the sun is finally shining this summer solstice weekend here in chicago. 🌞 these are a bittersweet few days, as this the last module of my nearly 9 month yoga teacher training. we're doing our final projects over the next few weeks, and then next month, i'll be graduating as a certified psychologically-sensitive yoga teacher. -- the work i'm looking forward to doing includes aspects of what i've loved most in this training - such as working with special needs populations - as well as continuing to develop my program of tea meditation. this truly unique program at @roomtobreathechicago, blending movement, traditional philosophy, trauma awareness, and neurobiology has already deeply reinforced and added to what i currently do in tea and previous areas of study i've enjoyed and benefitted from in my own healthcare. it's been a memorable a journey, and what i've been looking for for a long time 💜 -- there's a lot of open questions ahead, but now i have a much more solid idea of the deep work to come - and a plan to bring this to life 🌱 -- thank you, @roomtobreathechicago! 🙏🏻❤️🍵 . . . . #beingtea #livemoretea #teaforallbeings #tea #teameditation #greentea #intentionalliving #mindfulness #mindbody #chicago #teaclass #drinkingtea #ilovetea #luff #lufflovesyoga #teaceremony #wellbeing #selfcare #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness
